Re-assess and re-evaluate

When was the last time you;

  • reviewed your goals with your trainer?
  • assessed your measurements?
  • did a fitness test or ran a 1km time trial?
  • weighed yourself?

The next assessment week will be between Monday April 16th and Saturday April 21th, when the Forever Strong studio will be abuzz with extra activity.  It's time to reflect on your training thus far and set some new goals in consultation with your trainer/s.

Don't forget one male and one female will be randomly drawn from the participant pool and will receive 1 FREE personal training session.  So you don't need to be the fittest or the fastest you just need to have a go!

April's challenge is the multi-stage fitness test commonly known as the beep test.  This test will help us to estimate your fitness/ V02 max which is a commonly used test with football, hockey, netball and tennis players.

Please note this challenge will be adapted in distance/ activity to suit beginners and or clients with injuries.
