Re-assess and re-evaluate

When was the last time you;

  • reviewed your goals with your trainer?
  • assessed your measurements?
  • did a fitness test or ran a 1km time trial?
  • weighed yourself?

The next assessment week will be between Monday February 5th and Saturday February 11th, when the Forever Strong studio will be abuzz with extra activity.  It's time to reflect on your training thus far and set some new goals in consultation with your trainer/s.

Don't forget one male and one female will be randomly drawn from the participant pool and will receive 1 FREE personal training session.  So you don't need to be the fittest or the fastest you just need to have a go!

Jas's Triathlon Challenge: how fast can you complete a

  1. 1km Run, followed by

  2. 3km bike ride, followed by

  3. 1.5km row?

Please note this challenge will be adapted in distance/ activity to suit beginners and or clients with injuries.
