Simons’s story:
I was always obese as a child, all the way up to adult hood. This prevented me from leading the life I wanted to live. Instead I led a very secluded life and I seemed to be going further and further in the wrong direction. It was not until I had an unfortunate break up with my girlfriend that I discovered the art of movement and nutrition and began living a healthy lifestyle that everything began to change.
Weight began dropping away, I was fitter and strong and more confident and from 110kg I became 60kg. My whole life has changed for the better, I have started to live my life positively and enjoy everything that I was missing out on. What I had learnt was what I wanted to teach to others, which set me on my career as a personal trainer.
